Had an issue at 11pm on a Sunday — They showed up, with no after hours surcharge and fix my plumbing perfectly

  I had a plumbing emergency & Peter really came through for me, He had two of his guys come & fixed my issue within a couple hours of my call. They were very professional & explained to me what they were doing. I am a new hone owner & Peter educated me on the issues I had which made it easier for me to make some decisions. Home improvement can be stressful but this was not, I am very grateful.

  I have to say that I was very pleased with their service. 1) called number and it was immediately answered. 2) had to change time and they were very accommodating. 3) guys who came over give you a price upfront, no hidden fees. There is a $59 service fee for any call. 4) had parts on hand, fixed and cleaned the space before leaving. 5) same day service too, which is very rare these days. I will definitely be calling them for future needs that arise.

  As always Plumbers Direct has provided exceptional service! This time we had a camera inspection for a blockage, and a sump pump/backwater valve installed. We have never second guessed ourselves to call for their services for both our home and work locations. Peter and his team are very professional, informative and responsive. The work is always done efficiently and clean up is excellent. We have already recommended them to family and friends. You cannot go wrong with Plumbers Direct!

  Tenzin and his assistant showed up on time and finished the project that day 6 hours later. He explained what was done, took pictures and made sure to tidy up. I appreciated the follow up call from Joyce. Thank you to you both!
